Processing of personal data: any operation or set of operations relating to personal data, including in any case the collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction of data.

Processing of personal data

We respect your privacy and consider the careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. We guarantee that the personal data you provide us with will be treated confidentially by us in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016).

We will under no circumstances sell your personal data to third parties. We will primarily process your personal data insofar as this is necessary in connection with the execution of agreements, the processing of your orders and the answering and processing of your questions or requests.

In order to receive newsletters, you will have to register explicitly. We are, however, entitled to send you review requests about orders you have already placed and to send you offers about services and products you have already purchased from us by e-mail without your prior express consent.

For the purpose of processing and executing agreements, your (company) name, address details, contact and payment details, as well as any other personal data you may have submitted will be processed in order to identify you or to process your payment orders. In this context, your personal data, such as your payment details and address data, are provided to third parties such as payment providers, banks or mail order companies, but only insofar as this is necessary for the execution of agreements.

This website makes use of cookies. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent with pages from the website and stored by your browser on your device's hard drive. We use cookies to improve the functioning and user-friendliness of the website. You can disable cookies through your browser, but then you may not be able to use all the functionalities of the website.

Your IP address is used to keep track of general visitor data regarding the website. In this context, in particular the time of the session and the data transmitted by your device can be recorded and used for statistical analyses of usage and click behaviour on the website. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. The information obtained by this process, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google, which operates this software. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. We have no influence on this. We can use the statistical analyses to improve and/or expand our business operations and the operation and functionality of the website. The personal data to be processed in this context are processed as anonymously as possible and are never used to collect personally identifiable information from you.

We only process personal data insofar as it is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it was collected and subsequently processed. We will not process personal data in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it was obtained.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, deletion of and rectification of your personal data as well as to request the restriction of the processing that concerns you. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability. Insofar as the processing of personal data is based on consent obtained from you, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal thereof.

You have the right, with regard to the processing of your personal data by us, to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Authority or, if you live or are established in a country other than the Netherlands, with the supervisory authority there.

Retention of personal data

We do not store personal data in a form that makes it possible to identify you for any longer than is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which they are processed. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. These measures guarantee, taking into account the state of the art and the cost of implementation, an appropriate security level in view of the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the data to be protected. The measures are also aimed at preventing unnecessary processing of personal data. The website therefore has an SSL certificate.
